  1. Teamwork events is constant humiliation in China, like in many places outside China. These mostly worthless events only stroke the egos of bosses by making others do stupid, humiliating tasks. It teaches nothing but dislike and resentment. It does not build teamwork, character or company productivity. It's the morale draining sociopaths who get promoted, then ordering these events. Hence turnover and staff retention suffers as workers feel more shamed, not less. Think about what the company you're investing in does to it's employees before handing over money next time.
