  1. The lack of commerce laws and a judiciary to uphold it is partially reponsible for the predicament of dangerous counterfeit foods and beverages in China. Most Chinese know it's happening, but there is no recourse to sue these unscrupulous individuals making these dangerous fake products under such a corrupt government. Actually, living in China is duely hazardous it seems, and this is just from the daily risk of earing or drinking something bad.
