During the pandemic lockdown that the CCP created by releasing the Covid19 virus from a biolab in Wuhan, the CCP created a ridiculous scene of city officials handing food parcels along a "bucket brigade" of about 50 people along a road which a small truck could have driven down. There was no obstruction in the road. The red carpet in a field takes the cake in rural China. Unlike the Vietnamese, the CCP has neglected agriculture and support to peasants and farmers, including witholding mechanization and non-organochoride pesitcides as part of rural farm development. Now, China imports 24% of all it's foodstuffs. Note that Vietnam, a much smaller country than China, exports rice as a surplace.
