  1. On a capital warship, using poor quality bunker oil is a bad decision. The boilers will accumulate soot quickly and make them less efficient. Addionally, they need replacement and repair sooner. The Fujian carrier EM catapult functions are not properly tested and doubts about the Fujian carrier to power this launcher, particularly launching J-15 planes. This is a second rate carrier, not much of a supercarrier.

  2. The CCP losing face by not having substance to back up appearance is a constant joke. So they will continually lose face. Bragging (for nationalist consumption) makes it worse.
