Iron ore prices will fall and fall with inventories in China steel mills rapidly becoming saturated, and with the central government's drive to reduce the number of producers in favour of larger steel producers in smaller numbers. A centralization drive that does not make much sense, and may create more inefficiencies, not less. I don't expect the steel production in China to recover for 5 years or longer, especially as the majority of steel goes into new buildings which is not happening. The CCP is writing the play book of how to ruin the economy.
