Collective agricultural management is a consistent failure, in the past and present, over allowing individual management by market control by experienced farmers, i.e. growing foodstuffs sustainability by local experience using market supply and demand instead of bureaucratic edicts. The CCP local officials will lie again to central government about the food production figures, and widespread famine will ensue to China in an event of a war that the CCP is planning, once blockade ensues by a powerful enemy navy or navies. This will lead to widespread social instability and revolts across China, hamstringing the war effort on the home front. This is another awful travesty of communism and dictatorship yet again; mass starvation, as we have seen this before in Communist China and with other authoritarian governments throughout the 20th century.
