  1. It may recover, but only slowly I think. There are always a percentage of stupid people, who consider that infection risks don't apply to them so they will spend a lot of money to go on a cruise. I don't understand this vacuous attitude, aren't we all human and subject to infectious diseases? Similar issues will occur with the airline industry (air fares will be expensive for the first year of operation). However, at least you're only confined to the vessel (plane) for hours, not weeks.
