  1. It is psychobabble. Einstein did say that ideas should be clear and lucid. Hegelism does indicate the opposite.

  4. A river may not flow actually, It is simply a channel of still water, although that may define it as an elongated lake. It may be a dry channel without water, where water did flow once. But a river channel was or is a channel that does or did hold water.
