  2. Karl Marx's diatribe against Jews and Judaism (I'm neutral towards the latter), looks again like a hunt for a scapegoat and character assassination without evidence. "Jews are capitalists", well yes, but so is just about everyone else. A monetary economy is capitalism. For example, socialism and collective farming in the Soviet Union was an abject and tragic failure, particularly in the agricultural economy. Not just in the time of Lenin and Stalin, but all the time under other later leaders like Khrushchev and Brezhnev. If the philosophy of Marx guided the Soviet Union, then why did this large state only last 70 years? Ask Communists that.
