Is a corporation a Socialist organ? It's made up of shareholders who' have invested their money into the corporation project, so these shareholders divest management of the business into the CEOs and directors and receive a share of the profits according to the number of shares they hold. While the motive of the corporation is usually to compete with other businesses in the private sector for resources, manufacturing or service providing, the corporation does own the means of production of it's trading entity. Hence, corporations while capitalist are quasi-socialist while private business is not.
