  1. The desparate reversal of the CCP of the One Child policy is far, far too late. The steep future demographic decline is already in place. The ex Australian Prime Minister John Howard once commented; "the Chinese will grow old before they grow rich"; which appears to becoming true.The demographic One Child Policy gap is for two generations (nearly 50 years). Also young women in general in China have gone completely off having kids, despite the CCP's new messages. This is a function of: 1. Falling employment, frozen wages and living standards coupled with inflation (i.e. stagflation) and 2. More and more authoritarianism which saps people's wealth, increases officials corruption abuses, censorship and pathfinding peer-pressure government programs like banging on about "sissy boys" and kids playing too much computer games (instead of kids studying boring compulsory gormless dribble like Xi Jinping thought) and forces the mood of the people into quiet resigned pessimism (the Lie Flat movement).

  2. One child policy in China: The result will be that China will stagnate before it gets rich. At least in Japan, because the government there is non-socialist, the Japanese got rich before they demographically stagnated in the 1990s.

  4. No debate or pluralism in China, especially in the one party state dictatorship. So society's problems in China can't even be addressed through debate, let alone acted upon.

Hold on, Americans (or more precisely the government of the United States) has waged lots of wars in different places; like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Iraq, Panama, Grenada, Honduras, Korea, Afganistan and the list goes on-and-on. The American government is not a "good guy", it's just not as bad as a global version of the CCP ruled world would be.
