Confucius institutes are working with the United Front, a semi-clandestine organization persuing extraterritorial foreign influence operations and transnational oppression (mainly against expat Chinese), many of these oppressed people are already naturalized British citizens. The Nazis were nostly simply not as imbedded in rival countries as much as the CCP, although there were Quislings in Scandinavian countries.
