  1. The predictability of the CCP is that it's unpredictable. Consequently, China is largely a lawless place. Totalitarian rule = unpredictable tyrranical lawlessness. The only thing not tolerated in the CCP generated lawlessness is reaching for justice or embarrassing or criticising the government.
