Apparently oblivious in China when using gutter oil to the risk of infectious diseases, heavy metals pollution and other toxins and the cargenogenic effect of re-using even clean cooking oil, in particular canola oil. That this health risk goes unchecked by health and hygiene government agencies in China, is tantamount to the unchecked level of bribery there.
