  1. Not very dignified to act like a thug and physically attack a man. The CCP consular-general in Manchester, England gives a very bad impression indeed. There are criminals better behaved than he was. The impression I get is that the CCP hardly cares about it's diplomic image nowadays. I say, bundle out most the Consulates and illegal police stations throughout the UK.
