  1. Increadible, zooming along your motorbikes, in between a long row of highrise blocks, and seeing very few people there or traffic in the streets. This is Covid depopulation months or years before Covid actually hit places like downtown Shanghai. Ghost cities; What a waste of money and resources it all is.

  2. Pot of s**t comes at the end of this Chinese real estate rainbow. Most of these shoddily built buildings will be eventually demolished, sooner rather than later.
