  1. Where does stupidity stop? Roads are a load bearing way for TRAFFIC! Why do you think roadways need repairing at least once a decade? Even solar panels on the sidewalks where vehicles go less is stupid. Solar panels are mainly made from glass and photovoltaic cells. Both very fragile, not at all designed for vehicle loads. Funnily enough, solar panels on roofs don't have cars rolling over it 😂
