I bet Musk hates being second (the first is Bernard Arnault, a Frenchman who owns Louis Vuitton and associated luxury brand companies). In this group the top 8 out of 10 of the people are Americans, including Musk (barely an American). Predict that he won't be there in 3 years. Probably not even in the top 1000 in that time.
