  1. Just some intelligent and individually crafted sympathy and support for traumatised youth and young men will help. This can come from both older women as well as older and wiser men. Failure to do so will add to the causitive dystopia and eventual destruction of society.

  3. The mid-twentieth century nuclear family is dead, and with it goes the bourgeois sense of ownership and prosperity. Nothing new and stable is on offer to men anymore, especially the working class man. Anyway, the elites are against the working class and the wealth gap between moneyed and the poor is only getting wider and the social structure of society will be mired in more crime and drug use (including alcohol), which is increasingly affecting young men. If you want a South Africa society in the US (and Western Europe), keep going the way you are now going. You will all be victims of it.

  5. This is very sad but indicative of failure to help. If we fail to help young men deal with alcohol and drug abuse, trauma of their abusive upbringing, and societies lack of sympathy and sense of direction for their plight, then with the misdirected negative energy of young men we will all fall victim to increasing crime and dystopia as a result (the youth and young women of course, the most). If we ignore or belittle the plight of youth and young men this will be at our peril and young men somehow surviving this jungle existence will be shaped as cynical, ruthless and pitiless older adults as a result.

  6. If you, a collection of atoms fall into a black hole, then only your mass (and charge) is preserved and is added to the mass (and charge) of the black hole. Every other bit of information about the physical you gets destroyed, even the quantum information of every atom in your body gets destroyed. This is not the case from natural death on Earth; your proteins slowly break down into simpler molecular components, but all your atoms are essentially immortal (well, proton decay is undecillion of years into the future). Since any human being has no-where the mass of a planet, let alone a star, then the black hole's radius remains unchanged, but if something like the mass of our sun enters a black hole (if the gas of our star didn't slowly get sucked into the accretion disk around the black hole), the sun would be destroyed and the radius of the black hole would increase. When black holes of the same mass merger, then you get a larger black hole but the radius is at least double that of any two of the original black hole. Go figure.

If a stellar-sized black hole had an accretion disk (e.g. companion to Cygnus-X1) then you would never get within a million miles of the event horizon; you would be killed by the intense radiation generated by the accretion disk or jets spewing out from the poles of the black hole. This would be at least two orders of magnitude distance for a Supermassive black hole, such as the one called Sagittarius A* (in the centre of the Milky Way galaxy) for the similar radiation killing effect. So it's purely hypothetical about approaching and entering a black hole. You would never survive even getting that close.
