  1. Every time the CCP foreign affairs official complains about a so-called ban in the US, then you know that 1. Tik Tok is not a private entity, the CCP has unfettered data access to it and, 2. Tik Tok is CCP Spy Ware. No need for the CCP foreign affairs to make an official statement about it if 1 and 2 was not true, i.e. it raises a red flag, so the CCP is stupid and engenderes now mistrust of it outside China.
