  12. Steve Smith yeah these were lead follow laps. We were definitely driving well under the limit, but giving it more than what we would do on a street drive. It's just the way this media event is structured. It's a good way to get a general feel for a car though.

  13. Hold onto your Fiesta ST, it's miles more fun to drive. This Elantra GT is enjoyable, has some more room and comfort than your Fiesta, but can't hold a candle to your car dynamically.

  26. Dynamics remind me a bit of my MK6 GTI. The only knocks I have against it are the traction control (on/off switch), and the lack of a mechanical or electronic limited slip/torque vectoring system.

  28. For a fast rack the weighting and feedback at speed is great. Like any rack, you really have to get going to steer easily, but there isn't a lot of weight to move the wheel under. I'm depowering my Miata's rack now after driving this. Lol

  32. joegolden481 I know, right! Tires are BFG g-force sport comp2. They've worn pretty quickly but have excellent grip, especially in the wet. Next I'll probably go with Continental DW06, I have them on the BRZ and love them.

  33. No rattles, but I have in press cars and others I've driven. There's an issue with some of the trunk welds rattling with the rear seats down but it's not big enough of an issue for me to do anything about it.

  36. FatBananas yeah, my fault - I accidentally had it on the medium view setting from using it with a gimbal. Kinda annoying in hindsight. I got a dedicated gimbal to avoid it happening in the future.

  37. +richzilla08 we'll always include it in street drives, but at the track when we have to drive up to grid, etc it interrupts our flow so much that it usually doesn't happen. In hindsight, I should have done a walk-around with the GoPro after driving a car. -Chris

I don't need numbers, I need videos like this, the cars can speak for themselves, and you guys have enough balls to get that across to your viewers.. respect guys!
