  1. Cultures include teachings and some of those teachings lead some members of those cultures to harm other families, as a result of those members taking the teachings seriously. This is the case with ethnic English diaspora culture and imperialism.

  4. What about the Federal Housing Administration supporting and encouraging redlining? Home ownership was available to White people, based on skin color, as part of the path to accumulating familial wealth, but denied to their Black brothers and sisters. And in the US, for good or ill, wealth follows familial lines. So now, there is a chunk of wealth held by some people on account of their coloration. And this chunk is denied to others based on their coloration, because the poverty and wealth went down along familial lines, on both sides. Ideology does not necessarily correlate with this heritage.
