  3.  @StarLink85  More like 15%, I'd guess. Not bothering to do the actual numbers. Think about the fact that making electricity requires a source of energy. For example, much of it is made by burning coal. There is loss in the combustion process, loss in the heat engine, and further loss in the electric generator and the transmission lines. I suppose that by your imaginatively spelled "elektrik", you mean battery vehicles. There is loss in charging and further loss in discharging the battery. Plus costs in making the battery and in properly disposing of it at the end of its useful life.
