Those who insinuate that human beings, rather than words, have "gender" are promoting the same beliefs that were used as the excuse to mutilate Ms. Cole, and so potentially, are promoting the mutilation of more children. People who so insinuate should take responsibility for what they are saying and where it leads.

  15.  @mantispunch  , voters are denied equal power to one another when they oppose different counts of candidates. Some voters are permitted to put their exact stance toward the candidates on the ballots and those ballots are fully counted. Other voters are denied that. Suppose for example it is a single-winner election among A, B, and C. Under the US system of voting, any voter who opposes two of those candidates gets to cast a vote exactly reflecting that. But if someone only opposes one of them, she cannot express that on the ballot and have it fully counted. It takes twice as many voters of that persuasion to balance their opponents. That is what I am even talking about.
