  3. I was 12 when he died so I only vaguely knew his name that he killed here and in the US and that he was a writer. I didn't even know he died in our local prison in Graz.

  10. He`s mostly been convicted for weed, and DV . The assult charges only lead to parole, the weed led to jail. That definitely shows a very wrong system.

  11. Oh yeah she`s so strong. No matter how much he tries she gave him no chance for a mistrial. Nothing to appeal with. Because everyone knows he`ll appeal he will try over and over again. But there`s nothing to find. She helps him so much, he waved his right to council she gave him a long lecture what that means and gave him the chance to decide as is his right, he wanted it this way. Picking you victims as defense witnesses is a very bad idea but he`s got nothing.

  12.  @kelsi1077  that was over 5 years ago. He worked at a drug store even the parents and the investigating cops talked to him there and didn't suspect him. I want to know what's changed. They just went over it again, Hey that guy was there oh yeah that didn't bother us than but now well now we gotta arrest him. I don't know if he's guilty but the evidence is quite weak. I can't belive they actually ad the nonsens about what the car. Everyone saw a completely different car nobody saw his Altough he told them he was there 🤔

  16. agreed with the others. They need time: First, FINALLY we can talk about it so lets just finally say everything we`ve been wanting to say for 4 weeks. And than they need time to fill out the paper work for over 60 charges. But every defense witness he presented just assured everyone that he`s guilty. So they probably will start deliberations with So non of you is mad enough to claim he`s not guilty right?

  19. Quire horrible situation. But laws these days are so strict. In the 80s it was normal that I was home alone at 5 5 days a week. I loved the hours before the test of my family was home. At 6 I got up alone and came home alone. She didn't burn down the house she just had no option but to leave them to provide for them. She couldn't know the house catches on fire

  26. Update It's done. His mummy didn't show up at all. So much to his : if I tell her to come she'll obbay (the judge repeated that). He's been bitching and stalling so he was removed from the courtroom and since he refused to listen to instructions and answer if he wants to testify, he gave up his right to testify. They need to discuss jury instructions so closing tomorrow.

  31. tbh my mum would be worried if I`m offline for a month, work would be confused. But idk if anyone would conctact the one friend I have in this city, the only person who has a key for my place. She probably wouldn`t be too worried I haven`t seen her in at least 6 weeks. So it´s not that unlikely I end up like that. I know if I die one day when I`m retired and my mum is gone, it´s likey nobody even misses me for months.

  44. I´m watching the whole damn trial (yes I do not have a life :) ) It´s insane. He only feels sorry for himself. His priors are mostly minor just being an jerk and smoking weed. The only positive thing about this (apart from all the YouTuber lawyers and Doctors and law and crime who make lots of money with this trial) is that his Ex gf and his kids will never have to deal with him again. And after today's testimony I hope his mum stops taking his calls too. For the jury , they`re not allowed to talk about the case before deliberations. I imagine them just venting to each other for like an hour just how awful is he. And than with 64 charges they need time to fill out the forms and get it right.
