  1. Usually TYT sees through red herrings that are set up by the power elite to restrict our freedoms and impower those whose career advancement depends on stirring up hysteria then offering a solution that is exponentially more harmful than the problem. In this case TYT fell for the same old dirty trick like some county bumpkin at the county fair. When they were first soliciting public opinions on a more restrictive pain medication legislation, everybody with any real knowledge on the dynamics at play here knew this would only result in a major increase in the use of heroin and a corresponding increase in the cash flow of a number of international criminal and terrorist networks. Are you so blind as to not have a clue that the intention of the super restrictive regulations regarding the prescription of pain meds for chronic conditions set up barriers to both the sufferers of such pain and the doctors who wish they could help them. When this new restrictive legislation which makes it impossible for people with chronic pain to have a regular recurring prescription, without continual visits to their doctor, one for each prescription, and enrollment in pain clinics, which will offer a number of alternative therapies, the vast majority of which will not help the vast majority of sufferers. Use you head, this is just the next, "War On" and the only ones who are going to benefit from this criminal scam, are the bankers who wash the illegal profits of the rapidly expanding heroin market, the criminal, terrorist, and the NGOs that use it for an alternative source of funds for black ops so dirty that even black ops command can't tolerate the illegalities involved, like Reagan did in Iran/Contra. Let's not forget the directors of programs that will see a renewed influx of funding despite the restriction on marijuana being shown for it was (pure lies and folly that alienated at least three generations from the American mainstream),this really doesn't equal the folly of the present situation, or the total suffering, death, and vast corruption that the billions of dollars in additional profits for international organized crime will have on our society at large. They already have enough power to rouse up all this hysteria over what is just a bulge in population entering an age were it is just natural to seek a little analgesia. In Canada you can buy codeine over the counter without a prescription, and they have a huge appetite per capita for codeine preparations, and you can just see how decadent their society is compared to ours. Instead of acting like a bunch of ignorant dupes in this matter why don't you do some real investigative journalism and uncover the payoffs to legislators by the interests who want to restrict the sale of strong analgesics thus driving millions into the heroin market, which will cost them much less than a legal prescription, but of course has many more risks, all most all of which stem from its legal status.  My own doctor predicted a wave of suicides as the new legislation when into effect. In this he was correct. The people who, despite all of the evidence to the contrary, still believe that the government is looking out for them in this matter. It isn't, this is a program that from the very start, seemed designed to produce crime and death by overdose, and of course the suicides of people who will not take responsibility for their own pain management, and get out on the street or under the net, and buy some heroin when the new system throws insurmountable obstacles in the face of the pain sufferer. Society is once again the victim of the power elite pulling off the same old tricks in this same old matter. Like marijuana the initial restriction of the sale and use of opium in Western Civilization was in Great Britain, when it was restricted at the bequest of behind the scenes manipulation of the legislature by the distillers interests. The distillers who traditionally served the needs of the miners and factory workers so that they could remain somewhat oblivious of their pain and hopelessness of their situation. Opium was more effective, far less harmful physically so far less harmful that it is usually unbelievable to people whose thoughts on the subject have been subjected to the propaganda currently in circulation regarding this matter. Really, how can you be so irresponsible and stupid?  You did not even look into this matter at all, you just read and then commented on a press release by some official or official sounding organization. Are you gonna be part of the solution or continue to be the unknowing dupe of forces that profit from victimizing people who are desperate to just not be hurting so much that they would in many cases rather be dead than face another day of agony. . . . No only an unsympathetic, psychopath who was incapable of any degree of empathy, or who possessed not a nanoparticle of intelligence, would be the ignorant supporter of such a regressive and draconian policy as the one we now have, and which you don't even seem to know about. Fu*k all the people responsible for the new wave of criminals they have helped create, not to mention the incalculable suffering by the innocent victims of your idiot legislation, the stupidity, and failure of which was proven and predicted by every useful and successful drug policy ever enacted (see Portugal, Switzerland, and the new freedoms being passed in South America. In every case decriminalization worked, largely eliminated the street crime associated with heroin addiction and the cost to maintain a habit. This cost is actually pennies but for the illegal nature and resulting inflated prices that the various criminal and banking organizations profit so greatly from. So thanks for making what is already a colossal and devastating problem just a little bit worse.

  2. No you don't.  There never was a prescription that is written "as needed", you dumba**, that's just the instructions on how to take your meds that the drugstore prints on the bottle. If you take that bottle and try to get it refilled without a visit to your doctor, or your doctor lying about a visit and they will tell you it cannot be refilled.  You will have to either have a housecall, be active in a pain management program and visit there before it is refilled, or go to your doctor's office or an emergency room -- every time you need it refilled. That is the new Federal law, and apparently between yourself and TYT you know nothing about it. Nevertheless, you managed to make an ass of yourself, by such narcissistic pride of your ignorance. I actually thought such instant karma was reserved for the far far right, who shoot themselves in the foot almost every time they shoot off their mouths. Just like you did. Though they seldom have the perception to be able to realize it without some assistance. Then they get all touchy because another one of their mistakes is to equate ignorance with stupidity. While it is certainly not true that all conservatives are stupid. Far, far, from it. All of them are ignorant of just how untrue the facts they base their opinions on are.  For instance, some males on the subcontinent are very conservative regarding the practice of sati, and many of these same conservatives are capable of extreme mental vigor and problem solving abilities, a man can be highly competent in abstract metaphysical cognition, or higher mathematics, and still think that it is a nice tradition for a wife to throw herself, or be thrown by relatives onto the funeral pyre of her husband. Sort of like the people who can honestly lay claim to an IQ higher than a moron, and still support Donald Trump's bid. Haven't these people ever seen a conman before. Bernie = statesman Trump = conman
