Peter Zeihan has stated that one in every four Russians suffers from antibiotic resistant TB. So I guess the countries accepting Russians fleeing the mess they have made by allowing a tyrant to take control should prepare for a epidemic of TB that cannot be treated by antibiotics. Good luck with that.

@Asahi Ogawa They are rushing -- out. Anybody with any potential has fled Russia, and now even the proles are outa there. Russia is doomed demographically doomed, this is their last chance to spill the blood of innocents and they will not let it pass.
