  1. The apartment explosions in Russia were not mysterious. Residents in one building found a bomb that failed to go off. It was obviously Russian ordinance, put there by Putin's secret police in order to implicate Chechens in the slaughter that he himself ordered. Same as he is presently bombing border towns in Belarus and blaming it on Ukraine. A bullet to the head of the rabid dog is the correct response, if anyone is left in Russia that has any balls at all -- other than the antiwar pacifists that they are prosecuting.
