This was one of the stupidest statements made in the entire history of the internet, and is in the running for the stupid statement of the decade award. Need I point out that the western European peoples who largely started the USA with all their warts and sins, were hardly the first group to begin a civilization in these lands, but were the only one that did lead to it becoming the center of a "superpower".
