  3. The Chinese version is presently not accurate enough to pose a real threat to ships or bases, only civilians who live somewhere within 200 km of its target.

  7.  @MrCastodian  Recent satellite observations found previously unknown intercontinental missile sites in China. Up till then, wargamers assume in a nuclear exchange 200 American devices would strike Chinese cities and 80 Chinese devices would strike American cities. Pretty much not gonna happen.
