The absolutely worst way to determine if some story is true or not is to believe it first, and then look for evidence to support it. You need to get smarter, more objective and use the best evidence and reason to investigate the things you now take as true. They are not true. Here is the simple truth of your situation (not that it will do you any good, but you should have the chance of hearing it) Total objectivity, in the moment, about your own subjective processes, IS cosmic awareness. I know you think you understand these words, but think again. Starting from where you are, it is nearly impossible to enact them. This is not a belief it is an activation. A belief is just a guess, no matter how your little heart goes pitter-patter upon hearing a story about how special you are to your imaginary friend.
