@jamislil2703 So you have an incident of some kind and you hit a curb hard: you don't need your rims straightened or replaced - you need new motors. And you idea that un-srung weight is something that does not affect average car drivers is just misinformed. This design decision was a cheap move to avoid the expense of doing a fine design justice. My advice before you lay any money down is to actually drive one on a less than perfect surface. Many people who support the company dismiss the motor issue as you have: big mistake. This kind of motor would be OK for a fork-lift that ran in a building or something like that.

No doubt it is a cool design, the body work anyhow, but are you sure you want a car with the motors in the wheels? If you answer is yes -- really? Do you realize the repercussions of that design decision? And. . . three wheels, there will be no way to avoid pot holes except driving entirely around them. Might be OK in Australia IF you stay on really really smooth roads. There is, you know, a good reason why the primary method of improving the handling characteristic of a car, or bike, is to reduce un-sprung weight. This design has the motors in the freaking wheels! What do you think that does to un-sprung weight. I would buy one except for that one huge design flaw. Move the motors out of the wheels and I would buy one today -- or when available, but not like that. You call it a "racecar" are you kidding? This is the furthest thing you could get from a race car. There are no race cars with the motors in the wheels. For good reason.
