Good question. It obviously has not been answered or even addressed in the replies. Their must be a difference if this tech has a new patent, yet it was not explained or noted. One difference is that the inventor of this method said it lends itself to scaling up, while apparently Tesla is currently attempting to scale up it's dry method. However there could be many differences in methodology of preparing the electorde compound and depositing it or just minor differences -- none of that has been addressed here.
