Because the bankers and lawyers that clean up the money that the cartels make don't want that, and they are the ones that own the government through the corrupt campaign finance system. All Private money must be out of all elections and all comments on elections. No PACs no Citizen's United bullshit. All of it out. That is the lynch pin for all your complaints.
