  1. People do not understand the magnitude of the difference between what they themselves have, and what the top one percent has. They do not even understand that if they were to count one number each second: in about twelve days they could count to a million. But it would take about thirty one years to count to one billion. These people who are billionares have a level of wealth and power undreamed of by the pharaohs of Egypt or any other big pig of history. They literally have the power of the imaginary gods and superheros of the ages. You do not know them. You will never meet one of them. You have no chance of being associated with any of them unless they can use you in some manner. If you think they are at all like you and have any of the humble human concerns as you do, or that you can possibly someday be one of them, you are a fool. If you think their psyches have not been poisoned by all the sycophants and yes-men that surround them seeking a crumb from their tables -- think again. We are ruled by the worst of us, by a bunch of psychopaths and superficial assholes.
