@jamsbean4383 Maybe if it is AI controlled and only orients itself with a camera, like Tesla's FSD software, it would not need a "signal" -- other than that, if it uses GPS, or radar, or lidar, or any other system that is either active or needs to recieve data (a "signal") that is a vector for hacking. Beside the EMP attack on Saddam's media network, there have been only tests of non-nuclear EMP weapons since the days when the nuclear EMPs were developed and tested successfully. Speaking of the non nuclear EMP, Air Force Research Laboratory commander Maj. Gen. Tom Masiello says CHAMP is "an operational system already in our tactical air force."
