  2. The YouTube logarithms are an enigma. Generally Peter is kind of bock happy. The AI is inscrutable in block applications, and there are even ghost blocks where your comment will be invisible to evey one but you. Then there are the ones that show up in you comment history and no where else. Also the person you reply to can block your comments. The thing that may work is to start another YouTube account. Which is quite easy and try again. Then you can tell if it is Peter who has blocked you. If you care enough. I don't. He blocked me a long time ago for being too nasty to imbeciles, I cannot make original posts, but sometimes can reply to a comment.
