@Blackjack701AD I personally do not like Biden, and Trump far less, but one thing I do know is that you have no facts to back up your opinion. Unless you consider lies to be facts.

@drmodestoesq The Dutch were probably responsible for the real contraction of Spanish power, as their stock market proved more valuable than a mountain of silver and the repercussions this had.

@chrisahearn789 American forces have not been idle. They fight in Syria, and the dislocated areas of Iraq, soon if not now in Yemen and in several African countries as advisors. According to Smithsonian American forces are currently actively combating terrorism in over eighty countries -- about forty percent of the world. Not what I would call idle.

@u2beuser714 Kind of a false equivalency, but then all such comparisons are. Iraq had "experience" in not melting the barrels of their machine guns during human wave attacks in which the front lines wore little glow in the dark keys to heaven around their necks. The Russians were fighting small insurgencies, as apposed to an organized, intelligent, opposition. The Ukrainians have experience, and more important: forces that firmly believe in their cause against Russian who largely are inexperienced being sent to die by the "experienced" regulars, whose experience largely consist of how not to die, and how to steal from the state. But a great way to empty their prisons.

@u2beuser714 I think you are responding to the wrong person. Because that is just about my point.

@u2beuser714 I did not say Iraq fighting Iran isn't an experience, try some reading comprehension Elroy . . . it's a small mind that cannot distinguish between different types of experience. I know you think you have some pointless point to make, but you are really just responding to your own hormones in an echo chamber. I leave you the last word in the meaningless exchange 'cause brother you need it, to dampen your own cognitive dissonance and all, but basically because you are boring me.
