The most significant weapons in the war: On the Russian side the Krasnopol and Krasnopol M guided artillery shells with a max range of about 12 miles and a hit rate on specific targets of about 80%. The Russian also have a rocket propelled guided artillery round thought to be the equal or better in range of the American rocket propelled guided Excalibur shell. The American Excalibur is devastatingly accurate and can be used by existing M109A7 Paladin self-propelled howitzers which can send Excalibur rounds to 39.3 kilometers (24.4 miles), which ERCA an extended barrel length howitzer can now lob to 43 miles. Their is a German/South African gun that reportedly can do a little better. The Canadians recently supplied Ukraine with both the Excalibur rounds and the Dutch gave a small number of self-propelled howitzers that can use it. It can also be used by the towed guns recently supplied by the USA and Canada. The use and efficiency of these shells in an anti-artillery role by the competing Russian and recently supplied American radar controlled systems that can target and fire on artillery units within seconds of their use may be the knife edge upon which the entire war is determined, baring the deployment of western air power, in Ukraine. To me the most exciting development in this field is that Norway's Nammo has unveiled a potentially revolutionary concept for an air-breathing, ramjet-powered, pseudo-missile that any standard 155mm howitzer can fire at targets more than 60 miles away. A truly great time for Norway, and Nammo to supply the 155s with a shell that can reach out and touch Russian artillery with little or no exposure other than to air to ground or guide missile fire. To have Russia exchange expensive guided missiles for common artillery with uncommon munitions, is not such a bad exchange in a scenario in which missile production is dependent upon western tech they no longer have access to.

But a few crona viruses is not the problem, it is aerosolized droplets of sputem and other bodily fluids that contain millions or billions of the virus. When someone breaths into a proper mask, these droplets are largely arrested within the mask material. That is why masks are most helpful in preventing the rapid spread of the virus from incidental contact. And this is very important, while misleading statements like your's are quite the opposite. Not to mention the fact that masks have been proven to retard and prevent many infections by the variying levels of contagion around the world. Sweden is a prime example of this. No masks, no social distancing equals about twelve times the rate of infection as it's neighbors that did take such precautions.

  18. Strange as it may seem to you. Prisoners do stay in prison pretty much voluntarily. Except for super max of course. That's where they keep the ones who won't stay voluntarily. They stay because of the repercussions if they leave, not because of the walls, or fences as is more likely the case. And even stranger as this may seem to you many prisoners like being in prison, it's an adrenaline rush that they really miss on the outside. That's why there is so much recidivism. It is a constitutional republic, which is a form of government designed to present the illusion of democracy to the populace while keeping real power and wealth in the hands of a few families and power elite plutocrats. This may or may not be a good thing. A real direct democracy, which is only evident in a few regions of Switzerland and nowhere else in the world, or history, would be a catastrophe in a culture which is most typified by it's public information being basically one or another narrative that are actually partisan webs of lies, as are evident in all our mass media venues including this one (though not quite as bad as most). You cannot have an effective democracy when there are no controls on the dissemination of disinformation and false narratives, by corporations chasing advertising revenues and scoundrels seeking power. It's time to grow up and wrest the sinews of our culture from the vision-less power seekers who control it. The worlds riches man is not Elon Musk it is Vlad Putin. Musk has himself claimed this. Legally Putin's wealth is owned and managed by insiders close to him whom he holds the power of life and death over. These persons have distributed Putin's assets (which he stole from the Russian people via insider deals) in various dummy corporations and other covert devices such as those set up for them by German lawyers in Panama. Not all of it is in super yachts, mansions, and properties such as those surreptitiously purchased by Russian mobsters from Trump. The far larger portion of it ends up invested in the stock market, and in US corporations in particular. Amongst these are significant investment in the very defense industry players who manufacture the weaponry that is being provided via various means to Ukraine. So the short of it is: When Putin invaded Ukraine he profited by its stimulus effect on his strawman held stock portfolio. The US defense industry has made substantial gains because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and thus so has Putin's obscurated personal wealth. Perhaps at least someone in mass media should make this connection and inform the Russian people of the shenanigans of their fearless leader (which is right up there with the anti-American activities of Trump and his mindless minions).

I am no expert that is for sure, and the only reason I was able to share the info on the rocket assisted guided artillery shells is because of a prolonged argument with a fellow YouTuber over whether or not Ukraine actually needed a US High Mobility Artillery Rocket System. So I had to find out as much as I could about these munitions to defend my position that not only would they not get any, but they didn't need any. While doing this I became convince that anti-artillery systems are the crux of the present situation. Sorry. I was quite delighted to find out about Norway's ramjet powered guided shell. I even tried to find out how to invest in Nammo. Sort of difficult, mostly government owned, but if one is able to buy stock in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, which I found too difficult, you can buy into a little piece of it. Normally I abjure defense industries on moral grounds but Russia's reptilian antics made me think twice.
