Strange as it may seem to you. Prisoners do stay in prison pretty much voluntarily. Except for super max of course. That's where they keep the ones who won't stay voluntarily. They stay because of the repercussions if they leave, not because of the walls, or fences as is more likely the case. And even stranger as this may seem to you many prisoners like being in prison, it's an adrenaline rush that they really miss on the outside. That's why there is so much recidivism. Only crime or war equal the adrenaline of a survival situation in a cage.

Absolutely Barbaric When a similar rumor was circulated about Rep. Nancy Pelosi in February 2018, the purveyors of that misinformation used a photograph of Pelosi’s San Francisco neighborhood, but not one of her actual house.
