@CalgarGTX Nope it's not an American thing, it's an advertising thing. Companies like CNBC, Bloomberg, etc. exist for one reason and one reason only. It is not to inform the public, it is not to present factual information, it is to sell advertising time. Tesla does not advertise, they do not pay the vig to the media. Of course the media repays this time and time again with FUD, shabby reporting and biased presentation. They get the big bucks from companies like VW, Mercedes, Ford etc. From Tesla they get nothing. YOu figure it out.

This report is so incorrect in so many ways that it is just funny. My portfolio has done so much better since I totally ignore CNBC, Bloomburg, and Yahoo. But when you have to sell ads, and you would love to get Tesla to pay the media vig like lesser Auto companies you just lie hoping that Tesla will eventually advertise like lesser companies, so they have some influence over these kind of twisted biased, pecuniarily motivated lies.

@jurycould4275 It didn't. People who know little of the details of EVs think that a VW or others you mentioned are the equal of a Tesla. Not even close. The heaven is in the details. Mercedes is ten years behind despite their criminal mind-set, that is willing to cheat and mislead the public any time it is in their monetary interest.
