@RandleBeckford USA you can drive practically anywhere. Russia most of Russia has no roads a few trains and dog sleds. Look at a map of Russia outside of the cities, some RR and one or two highways, look ma no roads.

Count all you want: artillery doesn't kill people, projectiles kill people. It's the shells that count, unfortunately no way to count them.

@StrangerHappened That's because the top ten percent are the only people whose desires really figure into political decisions in the USA, unless the Republicans are in then it's the top one percent. Those people do not use infrastructure and would rather have you die than pay ten cents more in taxes.

@anabona4764 Unless you have some funds to appropriate on personal satisfaction of say, an artistic, or scientific, or educational or almost any worthwhile study or endeavor other than milking moose -- then Philadelphia is a quite different world than the random impressions one gets from a street level view, in particular sections on videos made mostly as click bait.

@anabona4764 The discussion is whether the Congo, or the Russian client states infrastructure is better than Philadelphia. Not whether Philly is worse than LA. The point is that if you have money you are way better off in Philly than the Congo, or Siberia. Have no idea why you think we are comparing LA and Philly.
