  5. People who smoke, abuse alcohol, and eat meat should pay more for health insurance, or people who take care of themselves should be given extra services or gifts. Why should someone who does everything to avoid medical care pay for the stupid schmucks who like to destroy their health with tobacco. Tobacco products are responsible for more death worldwide than all the present wars put together.

  6. It's worse than you think. I had a friend who got wealthy selling health insurance. He told me that 85% of the money spent on healthcare in the USA goes to salesmen and administration.
