If a police officer is aware of another cop's criminal activities, such as planting a knife or gun on someone they shot, stealing drugs from a bust, taking bribes in any form (free meals, free blowjobs, etc.) or stepping outside the law in anyway, and does not report it, they should be charged along with the cop-perp for the same crime that they knew was being committed.

  4.  @thebestofallworlds187  You know, because you can't say anything online or in public criticizing Jews or Israel and not immediately be set upon by the hue and cry of antisemitism. And you can't criticize Israel and get elected. And from what I have seen: it is SOMEWHAT true. Democracy Now is one of the few venues that has been critical at all about the Israelis becoming more or less like Nazis with a sense of humor, with regard to Palestine. It's a lot like how child abuse is passed from one generation to the next. The Jews in Germany, and more or less all of eastern Europe, and especially Russia, where terribly persecuted and murdered in mass. Some of them move to the Middle East and they more or less do the same thing to the people who were living there as was done to them. As much as they can under the circumstances anyhow.

  8.  Edwin Horan  Seems like it worked out better then what they had before the code, at least for a while. What's you point: that systems gradually devolve as they are taken over by scumbags? My own preference is a neoconfusian techno-meritocracy, were the people don't vote for people, they vote for the components of tests that people must pass to gain certain positions. Test that are open to everyone at all times and if they score highest they are part of the next government upgrade.

  11.  @MimeticMimic  I was just answering a question Kaytnmermaid had about a previous post. Anyway I didn't say you couldn't do it. I said you couldn't do it without a kneejerk reaction on the part of some of your mentioned theocrats. Which is true. You are just doing it in a place were hardly anybody sees it. Or maybe the days of hysterical antiantisemetic rhetoric are over.
