And the present undemocratic electoral college and gerrymandered voting insures that the votes in the areas with the most intelligent populations count for little, while those of a few drunk distressed rust belt morons determine the elections. F*ck these bastards and the horse they rode in on. The horse they rode in on -- that would be the present campaign finance system. if you hadn't noticed, the systematized corruption that we now call government has evolved from a plutocracy to a kleptocracy.

That means that disabled people will be vulnerable to action from their landlords. Their landlords will be unable to met mortgage payments, and on and on. This is nothing but an end-run buy a few billionaires who don't want to pay taxes. This is Robert Mercer and the Koch bros wet dream.
