Pres Bush blocked aid from Venezuela to the freezing and impoverished residents of the northeast USA when they offered to pay for heating oil for poor US citizens. REMEMBER? It was the second Bush and Obama that had problems with the aid. You remember Obama: the great pretender now fat on wall street money.
