  2. Is it possible that some interest wanted the capital to be vandalized? It sure looks like that, only token resistance from the police. Then the cover story from everyone downplaying the tactical boneheadedness. Somehow I doubt the first story. What is really going on, who benefits? I am not buying it. This was a planned event, and not necessarily by those who caused it.
