And the present undemocratic electoral college and gerrymandered voting insures that the votes in the areas with the most intelligent populations do not count at all, while those of a few drunk out of work rust belt morons determine the elections. The horse they rode in on -- that would be the present campaign finance system, if you hadn't notice the systematized corruption that we now call government has evolved from a plutocracy to a kleptocracy. We never were a democracy. The only democracy in the present world is Switzerland and in history there were absolutely none that I know of.
