  1. The death and disaster you speak of is caused by the laws against opioids not the opioids. You are a dupe of propaganda. This whole subject is the babble of the insane puritanical conditioning of the populace by the psychopaths that are in control. These laws create a climate in which people turn to street drugs and the hell our laws hand to them. It is insane to think that prohibition works. It does not work and it has never worked. Even in countries with death penalties for use and sale of drugs, it does not work. Opioids are one of the most benign drugs you can use long term. Less harmful than common over the counter drugs that the fools who believe these laws take regularly. Switzerland solved their heroin problem by making it freely available to addicts. What happened? They self titrated and went back to work instead of being out on the street trying to come up with the money for dealers.  This whole problem is self-created. Perhaps we should return to the ultra insane times when doctors and loved ones would withhold pain meds from those in their care who were dying in agony, because they did not want them to become addicted in the final months of their lives. This used to happen all the time, not so long ago. I witnessed it happen to a beloved great aunt when I was a teenager. Anyone who supports this policy is an idiot and thinks that doing the same thing that doesn't work over and over again is a good idea. Why were opioids made illegal in the first place? Because the miners and other factory serfs in England began to prefer tinctures of opium as opposed to alcohol. With good reason. So of course the distillers demonized the use of same. While the facts are that opioids are far less harmful than alcohol or even than tylenol. If you don't know these facts, and I suspect you do not. You basically know nothing about what you have commented on. Which is par for the course on the net. If you really dislike drug dealers, both criminal and noncriminal, then you should be in favor of complete decriminalization of all molecules, and the sanction for anyone to grow any plant they want to and use it themselves, like any free adult should be able to do. Then a person could grow a little plot of poppies and treat their own pain.
