@blitzkreig4887 Look at the houses in Montenegro, for example. They have a similar climate, earthquakes happen, and houses are built from monolithic reinforced concrete and hollow brick. Such fires in cities are impossible there.

@colder5465 I have not heard of any strong earthquakes on the Black Sea coast of Russia. But yes, the buildings there are designed to be earthquake-resistant.
